They told me big problems were how to deal with uncomfortable and painful feelings, how to stop fears running their lives and how to turn our negative beliefs around into something positive.

So I created a Video Series that covers these three problem areas:

Life Coaching is probably not the right solution for you at the moment.
You may wish to acquire more information about coaching and personal development, and a book such as "The Power of Positive Thinking" by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale may appeal to you.
Score 16-39
You could benefit from having a Life Coach.
You are probably at the stage where you are considering making some life changes and are thinking over some options.
Life Coaching can bring you greater clarity, help you define what is really important, and then assist and support you to create the life you want.
Score 40 - 50
You are ready for Life Coaching.
You are highly motivated to make change and are open to discovering new and exciting ways to live your life.
You could benefit from the support and encouragement a Coach can offer you.
You are ready to begin to create the life you want to live.
We would like to introduce you to the Wheel of Life coaching tool.
Notice that it is labelled with 8 areas of life - you can use these labels or, if there is a specific area of your life you would like to examine just substitute a category.
The general categories are:
Fun - Happiness, Hobbies
Relationship - current or future Life Partner
Career - Job satisfaction, Career path
Family - Children, Parents, Relatives
Social - Friends, Sport, Activities
Health - Exercise, Diet
Financial - Savings, Investments
Creative - Self-space, Spiritual, Sport, Artistic
1. Assign a number from 1 to 10 next to each category.
Write 1 if you are unsatisfied in this area and up to 10 if you are totally satisfied.
2. Look at your scores.
What are your two lowest scores?
What are the two areas you would most like to move forward?
3. Moving forward …
How would you feel if you could significantly move forward in these two areas?
4. Action
What could you do to start moving forward in these areas?

What are the ways you have fun, kick-back, enjoy yourself, relax, reward yourself?
What was the last thing you bought yourself?
What are some things you enjoy doing?
Beliefs
What makes you laugh, happy?
What is your typical response to stress?
Can you laugh at calamity, and see the funny side of life?
Motivation
What are you motivated by?
Have you always achieved what you wanted? What has stood in your way?
What is the best way to get you past this and 'spark you up' when you're stuck?
Life
What three things do you love most about your life?
What two things are you tolerating or 'putting up with' in your life?
If you could have more of one thing in your life right now, what would it be?
Goals
What are 2-3 goals which would make a positive difference to your life?
Imagine that you have achieved each of these goals. How do you feel?
What do you do to prevent change?
